AYU-Project prepares design documentation for new construction, expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of existing enterprises, buildings and structures. We also develop supporting technical materials that help improve the efficiency, reliability and maintainability of capital construction projects.
To achieve these goals, the company performs the following tasks:
- development of individual design solutions and adaptation of standard or reusable designs for enterprises, buildings and structures, including residential, civil and utility facilities;
- design support for restoration and reconstruction of industrial and other facilities;
- designer supervision support during construction;
- engineering surveys where required by the project scope;
- development of technical planning and infrastructure layout materials;
- preparation of feasibility studies, supporting materials, design calculations and technical solutions.
AYU-Project has the equipment, professional resources, permits and engineering staff required for technically complex assignments. All work is performed in accordance with the contract, applicable regulations, approved budget and agreed schedule.

The main directions are noted for St. Petersburg, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Yakutsk and Vladivostok. Localities of the leaders: Lensk, Bratsk and Maya.
