We are looking for a BIM designer / BIM modeler of electrical power supply systems for remote design work. You need to confidently work in Revit, develop BIM models, produce design and working documentation for engineering objects. Cooperation is on a freelance basis, under an agreement for specific projects.
Responsibilities:
Depending on the level of the specialist and the specific project, tasks may include:
- development of BIM models of power supply systems in Autodesk Revit;
- modeling of electrical equipment, cable routes, trays, ducts and cable support systems;
- development of models based on initial data, technical specifications, layouts and design solutions;
- release of design and working documentation based on the BIM model;
- preparation of plans, diagrams, specifications, statements and related documentation sheets;
- selection of equipment and generation of specifications;
- coordination of the BIM model with related sections;
- checking collisions and eliminating comments;
- participation in the development and coordination of technical solutions;
- making adjustments based on comments from the customer, the inspecting engineer or related specialists;
- compliance with the requirements of regulatory documentation and internal design standards.
Requirements:

- worked confidently in Revit;
- understood the composition of design and working documentation for power supply sections;
- had practical experience in developing BIM models of engineering systems;
