Engineering Design Services by AYU-Project
AYU-Project develops engineering systems for projects of different scale and complexity.
The scope, schedule and cost depend on the facility, the design stage and the list of sections required.
For construction projects, we work as an engineering design office and prepare coordinated solutions for:
- BIM design and digital information models - engineering systems design in a BIM environment, creation and refinement of BIM models, coordination of related disciplines, clash detection, documentation release and transfer of models in RVT and IFC formats;
- Power supply (ES, EOM, EL, EM, diesel generator sets, overhead lines, cable lines, AMR and related systems) - internal and external networks, substations, metering and automation;
- Communication networks (communication systems, FOCL, SCS, LAN, GPON, RRL, telephony and related systems) - external and internal data transmission infrastructure;
- Extra-low-voltage systems and security (ACS, video surveillance, CCTV, intrusion alarm systems, integrated security systems and technical security systems) - access control, video surveillance and security infrastructure;
- Fire safety (fire alarm, voice alarm and evacuation control, automatic fire extinguishing, internal fire water supply, smoke control and related calculations);
- Automation and dispatching - control of engineering and process systems, supervisory control and metering solutions;
- Water supply and drainage (VK, NVK, IOS2, IOS3);
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC, IOS4, smoke ventilation);
- Architecture, structural design, master planning and cost-estimate documentation (AR, KR, KM, RC, PZU, POS, SM and related sections).
Before design work begins, we analyse the facility and the available source data. More details about each service are available in the relevant service section.
How we organize engineering design
At the start, we define the source data and areas of responsibility, then coordinate the work of the specialists and keep the client informed about documentation release status.
