AYU-Project developed working documentation for a complex of extra-low-voltage systems for an apartment building with built-in and attached premises and an underground garage in St. Petersburg, including video surveillance, access control, intercom and automated electricity metering in the project.
Client
The project was carried out for the developer of a multi-apartment residential building in St. Petersburg, implementing a project with built-in and attached non-residential premises and underground parking.
Facility
The design object was an apartment complex comprising 10 buildings of up to eight storeys with a built-in underground garage, located in St. Petersburg.
Scope of design work
AYU-Project engineers developed working documentation for a closed circuit television system (CCTV), an access control and management system (ACS), an intercom system (ICS), a Wi-Fi network, GSM signal amplification and an automated commercial electricity metering system. Integration of video surveillance with access control allows you to record video of each passage through controlled points of the house, and amplification of the GSM signal ensures stable mobile communications on underground floors and in places with limited signal reception.
