By placing a separate mark in the consent field and submitting the form on the site https://www.ayu.group/, I freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, give consent to the individual entrepreneur Anastasia Sergeevna Ayupova to process my personal data on the terms of this document.

2. Personal data

Depending on the completed form, I authorize the processing of the following data:

• first name, last name and patronymic, if indicated;
• phone number, email address or contact in MAX;
• city, region, organization, position or legal status;
• text of the appeal, comment, parameters of the object, project and required work;
• information in the attached files that I voluntarily provided;
• for candidates, performers and contractors - information about experience, qualifications, education, specialization, resume and portfolio;
• technical information about submitting the form: date and time, IP address, browser and device data, session ID.

3. Purposes of processing

• reception, registration and consideration of my application;
• feedback, consultation and response preparation;
• calculation of the estimated cost, preparation of a commercial proposal;
• agreement on the terms, conclusion and execution of the contract on my initiative;
• consideration of a proposal for cooperation, candidacy of a performer or contractor, if the appropriate form is used;
• protecting the form from abuse and confirming that consent has been obtained;
• fulfillment of the Operator’s duties established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

This consent does not apply to advertising mailings. Advertising requires separate prior consent.

4. Actions with data and processing method

The Operator has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify, extract, use, provide to persons processing data on behalf of the Operator, block, delete and destroy data. Processing may be automated, manual or mixed.

5. Processing order

To achieve these goals, the Operator has the right to entrust processing to organizations and persons providing hosting and technical support of the site, operation of communications, email, CRM and protection of forms, provided they respect the confidentiality and security of personal data. Forms can be protected by the Yandex SmartCaptcha service.

6. Duration of consent

If the contact does not lead to the conclusion of an agreement, the consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no more than 12 months after the last interaction. For these candidates, performers and contractors in the absence of a contract, the period is no more than 6 months, unless I separately agree on a different period.

If an agreement is concluded, the data may be stored during the term of its validity and further within the periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for contractual, accounting and tax documents.

7. Withdrawal of consent

I have the right to withdraw consent or demand termination of processing at any time by sending a request to info@ayu.group with the subject “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data” or by postal address: 630102, Novosibirsk, post office box 75.

After receiving the request, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within the time limits established by law, unless there are other legal grounds for their further processing.
