Company AYU-Project carries out activities in the field of design of engineering systems and development of design documentation for capital construction projects.
Our work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as regulatory and technical documentation in the field of design and construction.
To carry out design work, the company has the necessary permits, licenses and qualified specialists.
SRO
The company is a member of self-regulatory organizations (SRO) in the field of engineering surveys and architectural and construction design. The company has the right to prepare project documentation:
- in relation to capital construction projects;
- in relation to particularly dangerous, technically complex and unique objects.
EMERCOM Certification
The company's specialists are certified by EMERCOM Russia, which allows them to design fire safety equipment.
This certification confirms the right to develop design documentation for the following systems:
- fire alarm systems (FAS);
- warning and fire evacuation control systems (EVAC);
- automatic fire extinguishing installations (AFS);
- smoke protection systems;
- automation of fire protection.
Design solutions are carried out in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 123-FZ, codes of rules EMERCOM and regulatory documents in the field of fire safety.
Register of specialists NOPRIZ
The company's specialists are included in National register of specialists in the field of engineering surveys and architectural and construction design (NOPRIZ).
This confirms:
- professional qualifications of engineers;
- compliance with industry standards;
- the right to carry out work on the preparation of project documentation.
Regulatory framework
When developing project documentation, the company is guided by the current regulatory framework of the Russian Federation:
- Town Planning Code Russian Federation;
- Government Decree of the Russian Federation No. 87;
- Federal Law No. 123-FZ;
- GOST, SP, SNiP;
- industry regulations.
All design solutions are developed taking into account the requirements of supervisory authorities and can be aimed at state or non-state expert review.
