Zufar Rustamovich Ayupov - Development Director of the company “AYU-Project”, a specialist with more than 15 years of experience in the engineering industry, project management and product development. Came all the way from engineering systems installer to designer, then project manager, and today is responsible for the strategic development and digital transformation of the company.
From installation to development management
Zufar Ayupov began his career with practical work in the field of engineering systems, participating in the installation and launch of power supply and communication systems. Later he moved to the position of design engineer, where he was involved in the creation of design and working documentation in the areas of FAS, ACS, FOCL and other systems.
Over time, he began to manage projects of varying complexity: from IT infrastructure facilities and educational institutions to industrial complexes. As a manager, he built team processes, interaction with customers and control of deadlines.
Today: company development, process packaging, digitalization
At AYU-Project Zufar Rustamovich is responsible for:
- development of the company's product line,
- implementation of CRM and automation (Bitrix24),
- structuring business processes,
- service packaging, marketing and market positioning,
