Chief Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Project management at all stages: PPO, OTR, DD, WD
• Organization and coordination of the work of the project team
• Making key technical decisions and quality control of design and working documentation
• Coordination and integration of related disciplines: extra-low-voltage systems, power supply, ventilation and air conditioning, fire safety, automation and supervisory control
• Interaction with the customer, protection of technical solutions
• Support during expert review and approvals • Project budget and schedule preparation; participation in designer’s supervision

Requirements:

• Higher technical education
• Experience in design from 10 years, including as a leading engineer or chief engineer
• Practical experience managing integrated projects and successfully completing expert review
• Deep knowledge of building engineering systems and understanding of related topics
• Confident knowledge of the regulatory framework: SP, GOST, SNiP, RF PP No. 87
• Confident user of AutoCAD / nanoCAD, MS Office
• Ability to make informed decisions and take responsibility for results
