AYU-Project updated the estimate documentation for the project for the construction of mobile communications infrastructure on the island of Kunashir in the Sakhalin region and supported its passage through the state expert review, ensuring the reliability of the estimate cost for further financing of construction.

The project was carried out by order of the Ministry of Digital and Technological Development of the Sakhalin Region as part of the program to provide mobile communications to remote areas of the region.
Facility
The subject of the design was the mobile communications infrastructure to cover highways and recreational areas of Kunashir Island - a territory with volcanic terrain, limited transport accessibility and the harsh climate of the South Kuril urban district.
Scope of design work
AYU-Project engineers updated the estimate documentation for the project developed in 2022, brought the calculations into line with current prices for equipment and construction materials, and also supported the project during the re-passing of the state examination in terms of determining the reliability of the estimated cost - a prerequisite for the allocation of budget funding for construction.
