“AYU-Project” has developed working documentation for a system for measuring gas concentrations at the production sites of JSC “Stoilensky GOK” - one of the leading Russian iron ore mining enterprises, part of the NLMK group.
Client
The project was carried out by order of JSC “Stoilensky GOK” - an enterprise that is part of the NLMK group and mines ferruginous quartzites in an open pit.
Facility
The design object was the quarry and production sites of the Stoilensky mining and processing plant, located in the South-Western industrial district of the city of Stary Oskol, Belgorod region.
Scope of design work
AYU-Project engineers prepared working documentation for organizing an automated system for measuring gas concentrations at quarry production sites. The location of control points and sensor response parameters were calculated individually based on the mining and geological conditions of a particular quarry and the equipment used, and sensor data is integrated with the plant dispatch system to automatically notify personnel when permissible concentrations are exceeded.
