AYU-Project developed comprehensive design documentation for security and communication systems at a mid-rise residential complex in Vasilyevo, Republic of Tatarstan. The project covered 31 residential buildings with a total area of 66 300 m² and included fire alarm, evacuation alert, intercom, video surveillance and access control systems based on an integrated Rubezh equipment platform.

The project was carried out for a specialized developer of a residential complex in the Republic of Tatarstan, implementing the first stage of mid-rise development on the site Zh1.1 in the urban village of Vasilyevo.
Facility
The design object was a residential complex consisting of 31 mid-rise buildings with a total area of 66 300 m², located in the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Scope of design work
The AYU-Project company has developed design documentation for a fire alarm system (FAS), a Type 2 voice alarm and fire evacuation control system (EVAC), internal communication networks, as well as security systems - intercom, video surveillance (CCTV) and access control (ACS). All systems are designed on a single Rubezh equipment platform, which simplifies the integration of systems with each other and subsequent maintenance of the residential complex by the management company.
