Projects
Engineering systems design
The AYU-Project company completed one of the largest projects in the field of fire safety of sports infrastructure in the south of Russia - a set of documentation for the Snezhinka sports reserve training center in Sochi. The work covered fire alarm, warning and automatic fire extinguishing systems for 13 buildings with a total area of more than 126 000 m², which required the company's engineers to take into account the mountainous terrain of the site and increased safety requirements for facilities with large numbers of people.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project delivered a major upgrade of the underground communication network for Kola MMC JSC, one of Nornickel’s key enterprises. The design and working documentation covered 120 km of fiber-optic communication lines and the installation of 79 explosion-proof switches in the Severny Mine, making this one of the company’s most technically complex industrial communications projects.
Engineering systems design
“AYU-Project” prepared design estimates for the construction of fiber-optic communication lines at enterprises in the Norilsk industrial region, one of the largest industrial clusters in the Arctic. The project covered linear and station facilities FOCL with a total length of more than 300 km in 30 sections, which required the design team to have high precision calculations in extreme climate conditions.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project developed comprehensive design documentation for security and communication systems at a mid-rise residential complex in Vasilyevo, Republic of Tatarstan. The project covered 31 residential buildings with a total area of 66 300 m² and included fire alarm, evacuation alert, intercom, video surveillance and access control systems based on an integrated Rubezh equipment platform.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project has developed working documentation for perimeter security and sound warning for the new airport terminal complex of domestic airlines at the Stavropol International Airport named after A.V. Suvorov. The project became part of a large-scale program for the construction of modern terminals for the airport network operator Novaport.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project developed working documentation for the overhaul of power supply and extra-low-voltage systems at the multilateral 24-hour border checkpoint at Mineralnye Vody International Airport, a facility supporting continuous passenger and freight traffic in southern Russia.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project completed an automatic fire alarm and warning project for 35 temporary modular buildings as part of the 12th stage of development of the Kovykta gas condensate field - one of the largest gas fields in Russia, forming the resource base for the Power of Siberia gas pipeline.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project prepared working documentation for the technical upgrade of the power supply system at the −375 m level of the Severny Mine operated by Kola MMC JSC. The work integrated the electrical and structural design disciplines for one of the mine’s deep operating levels.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project developed working documentation for a complex of extra-low-voltage systems for an apartment building with built-in and attached premises and an underground garage in St. Petersburg, including video surveillance, access control, intercom and automated electricity metering in the project.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project updated the estimate documentation for the project for the construction of mobile communications infrastructure on the island of Kunashir in the Sakhalin region and supported its passage through the state expert review, ensuring the reliability of the estimate cost for further financing of construction.
Engineering systems design
"AYU-Project" developed a project for an automation and dispatch system for engineering equipment for the new terminal complex of domestic airlines at Barnaul International Airport, using a technological platform previously tested at similar terminals of the Novaport network.
Engineering systems design
"AYU-Project" prepared documentation for the reconstruction of seven transformer substations 6-10/0.4 kV in Omsk by order of JSC "Omskelektro" - a group project that made it possible to unify technical solutions for all facilities at once and coordinate the substations’ phased removal from service for refurbishment.
Engineering systems design
AYU-Project has prepared sections of design documentation for power supply and communication networks for the infrastructure complex of rotational camps “Metallurg” and “Gornyak”, which are being built as part of the construction of a mining and processing plant on the basis of the Klyuchevskoye gold deposit.
